Mission House
We've taken many mission trips to Nicaragua over the past few years, and as long as the Lord allows, we'll continue to make at least 2 trips a year. Over the past 10 years, we have been blessed to stay with our ministry partner family. We're so grateful for their generosity and hospitality, but we also understand that it can be difficult to share your home with a team of foreign missionaries and all of the supplies that we must house and distribute during our trips, so we began to search for more permanent options.
The Lord brought us an opportunity to construct our own mission house right next door to our ministry partner family, and many of you donated and supported the construction. We were able to stay in our very own mission house for the first time during our March 2018 mission trip! God is so good!
Our new mission house can host a team of 20 comfortably, and construction is nearly complete! We're so excited to have our own "home base" for future trips! In addition to having a place to sleep, we also have the space we will need for our distribution ministries that continue to grow each year. An added blessing is the possibility of renting out our mission house to other mission teams whenever it would otherwise not be in use.
Of course there are still a few finishing touches to be made and we will have ongoing maintenance expenses, so if you feel so led to contribute to these funds, we are certainly grateful. We pray that the Lord will use this mission house to its fullest potential in the spread of His Gospel and the expansion of His Kingdom.
